The Contest was judged by delegates at the FBTRC's AGM Weekend
at Banbury, Oxfordshire on 15th May 1999. Marks out of 100 were awarded
for technical merit, content and difficulty, and overall appeal. The
average marks for each entry (out of 300) are shown above.
The Barry Cole Trophy was presented to the winner, Stewart Smith
from Keighley, by special guest, John Shuttleworth of Meridian Records.
