In Erinnerung an Pierre Walder

An 16. Oktober ist Pierre Walder in seinem 90. Lebensjahr verstorben.

Pierre hat von 1976 bis 2016 an jedem IWT (Internationaler Wettbewerb der besten Tonaufnahme) in der Jury teilgenommen und diese auch viele Jahre präsidiert. Seit 1960 war er bereits Jurymitglied am NWT, dem nationalen Wettbewerb in der Schweiz. 10x organisierte er den nationalen Wettbewerb in den Genfer Studios von Radio Suisse Romande. 9x war er Mitorganisator des IWT in der Schweiz. Er war auch Initiant und Mitarbeiter der Tonjäger-Radiosendungen. Ab 1979 half er bei der Herausgabe von Erinnerungsschallplatten und CDs des IWT mit. Pierre war auch unser Kontaktmann zur SRG SSR, der Schweiz. Radio- und Fernsehgesellschaft.

Er war Ehrenmitglied der Schweizer Tonjäger und der FICS (Internationale Tonjäger-Föderation). Wir danken Pierre für die grosse Unterstützung unserer Aktivitäten und behalten ihn in sehr guter Erinnerung.

In memoriam Pierre Walder

Pierre Walder died on 16th October in his 90th year.

Pierre was member of the jury at the IARC (International Amateur Recording contest) from 1976 to 2016 and for many years he was responsible as president. Since 1960 he was already member of the Swiss jury at the national contest. 10 times he organised the Swiss contest in the Geneva studios of Radio Suisse Romande. 9 times he helped with the organisation of the international contest in Switzerland. He initiated the radio programs of the Swiss sound hunters. From 1979 to 2011 he was co-producer of the records and compact discs of the IARC. Pierre was also our contact man to the SRG SSR, the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation.

He was honorary member of the Swiss Sound Hunters and the FICS (International Federation of Soundhunters). We are grateful for the big support of our activities. We will keep very good memories of Pierre.

Mémoires À Pierre Walder

Pierre Walder est décád&aacure; le 16 octobre dans sa 90ème année.

Pierre a participé de 1976 à 2016 au jury du CIMES (Concours International des meilleurs Enregistrements Sonores). Depuis 1960 il était membre du jury du Concours Suisse et fut ensuite président du jury des deux concours pendant plusieurs années. Il a organisé dix fois le Concours suisse au studio de Genève de la Radio Suisse Romande et il a collaboré neuf fois à l’organisation du CIMES en Suisse. En plus il était initiant, puis collaborateur, des émissions à la radio concernant la chasse sonore. De 1979 à 2011 il a réalisé les disques et les CD des concours. Pierre a assuré depuis 1977 les contacts avec la Radio Suisse Romande et depuis 1987 les contacts avec la SSR (Société Suisse de radiodiffusion et télévision).

Il était membre ’’honneur de l’ASCS et de la FICS.
